I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to be a student athlete in college playing shooting guard for the Carroll University men's basketball team. My passion for health, nutrition, and fitness emerged after my first basketball season. I discovered that I especially enjoyed the strength and conditioning aspect of the sport, finding it more rewarding than the actual games. Empowering my teammates and creating a competitive atmosphere during our team workouts led me to explore a profession in which I could help people reach their highest potential.
